  2. Members can opt out of all newsletters by cancelling their paid subscription from their Substack’s account page

  4. All information presented in the newsletters is for educational purposes and should not be regarded as investment advice
  5. By subscribing to our newsletters, you agree to be bounded by all the terms listed in this agreement

Non-competition

User must not directly, or indirectly conduct, advertise, promote or solicit any business activity in competition with the Site and all/any of its associated products and offers. Otherwise, we reserve the rights to revoke your participation and terminate your privileges in 9to5trade and all/any of its associated programmes and offers, including any specified support.

Termination of Account

The Site reserves the right to suspend, cancel and terminate the access and subscription service to the Site and its products of any user who violates the terms and conditions or otherwise posts, submits, or disseminates content that the Site finds, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable.
